Browsing data. The IT systems that run the website acquire, in the course of normal operation, some data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet protocols (IP address, time of request, page requested, response code, browser and operating system). They are used solely to ensure the correct functioning and security of the website and are kept for the time strictly necessary.
Data provided voluntarily — catalogue request. By filling in the "Request the catalogue" form the user provides: company name, contact person, email, phone (optional), sector, number of staff to dress (optional), city and notes (optional).
Data provided voluntarily — newsletter. By subscribing to the newsletter the user provides an email address and the browsing language.
Data provided voluntarily — direct contact. By writing to the email addresses or calling the numbers shown on the website, the user provides the data needed to answer the request.
Consent log. When the user submits the form or subscribes to the newsletter, the date and time, IP address, browser used, version of the privacy policy and the consent wording accepted are recorded. This data is used solely to be able to demonstrate the consent given (Art. 7(1) GDPR) and is kept for the same period as the data it refers to.
The website is not intended for children under 16 and does not knowingly collect their data.
3. Purposes and legal bases
| Purpose | Legal basis | Retention |

| Operation and security of the website | Legitimate interest of the controller (Art. 6.1.f GDPR) | Up to 12 months (logs) |

Providing the data marked as mandatory in the forms is necessary to process the request; failure to provide it prevents us from doing so. No automated decision-making or profiling is carried out.
4. Processing methods
Data are processed with electronic tools and security measures adequate to prevent unauthorised access, loss or disclosure. Requests and subscriptions are stored in a restricted archive accessible only to the controller's authorised staff.
5. Recipients and transfers
Data may be processed by the controller's authorised and instructed staff, and by suppliers acting as processors under Art. 28 GDPR:
- Railway Corp. (website and database hosting) — servers located in the European Union;
- the transactional email provider used to notify requests;
- consultants and professionals for accounting, tax and legal obligations.
Where a supplier is established outside the EU, transfers rely on an adequacy decision or the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission. Data are not disclosed or sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
6. Rights of the data subject
The data subject may at any time exercise the rights under Articles 15–22 GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing. To unsubscribe from the newsletter, write to info@dimonwork.it indicating the address to remove.
